Hi,We received 927 opened newsletter emails from Australia. We believe we have an issue with Austria & Australia been incorrect. Meaning we have the wrong Country assigned.Is there an way to create a segment to so i can view all these 927 Emailed opened from Australia.Thanks

You could open a support ticket and request to check geo recording of your insights data.
Yeah it seems that way. There is no reason to explain why so many Emails with austrian extensions .at should be shown as opened in Australia.
Do you mean that emails actually opened from Austria were calculated to from Australia?
Hi, thanksAfter further investigation using both your segment recommendation and manually checking the contacts emails in the segment we have found that NO emails had the wrong Country and that your GEO data must be wrong! All emails had austrian and not australian addresses. The country fields were also correct. It seems your geo map reporting is NOT accurrate. Also with the high amount of opens in the USA too.
You could create following segment to find contacts who opened email from Australia.
However, if you want to view "email opened" interaction records directly, you may need Power BI for analytics.
