INFO: I will be creating some new custom entities for a new project and these entities will be used in Queues where different departments can perform actions on the entities.
I am considering making the custom entities with the Organization owned type for the Ownership since these different departments will be interacting with the record at multiple points.
QUESTION: I have not worked with queues. Am I setting myself up for future issues using Organization owned entities in Queues?

In your case, you want to perform actions on the entities by different department, so "User and Team" ownership will be more suitable because you could set different level permissions in security role, and you could assign the records to other users or teams as you wish.
