Can someone help me troubleshoot this error:
Mode of delivery is not valid for Item number 'xxxxxxxxx'
I've completed all necessary set up with Call Center users and org hierarchy. Any help would be great!

    Please take a look at link below, it details the steps. There are lot of small small setup that needs to be completed before you can use that MOD with item.

    I've tried both of these answers and the result remains the same.

    HI microsofthelp123,

    Sorry for the delay, but I just saw this thread.

    I would recommend checking to make sure the mode of delivery was added to the call center; and process delivery modes was run.

    Please let me know if this helps.
