Ledger Period status error while trying to change to ONHOLD

Hi there

I am getting below error while trying to put period 1 ONHOLD

/Not yet transferred subledger journal entries found in period Period 1. All subledger journal entries for the period must be transferred before putting it on hold or closing/.

I did check subledger entries not yet posted area and also run the report /General journal entries that have not been posted/. Both looks OK.

Please let me know if you have solution.
