minimum permissions to create email activity

When any lead is created I am creating an email activity. But this is happening by system admin role only. If I have to create email activity by normal user then what are minimum privilege required to normal user. 

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Dilip,

    It is the Activity entity privilege.

    Email is using the activity entity privilege, create and read and plus append if you want to link to another entity are common privilege to create a record.

    You can also see this link:

    If you ant to create email activity using the Template, then you also need privilege to read and append to Email Template.

    If you want to send email as another person, you need the send behalf permission.
