CRM User is unable to view her own newly created personalized dashboard

Hello Everyone,

I have an online CRM user that's unable to view her own newly created personalized dashboard.

Here are the details 

1. The Dynamics CRM version is 2016 

2. One generic security role is used to grant the user the Dashboard creation privilege at the user level 

3. I was unable to replicate this issue with other users with the similar generic security role

4. The dashboard drop down does not show the newly created dashboard by her under My Dashboard subsection.  

5. She is also unable to see the dashboards that are shared with her by other users.
