Issue with user to connect to Dynamics 365 Guides Desktop app

Hello, 

For few days, we had an issue with one user who can't connect to the Dynamics 365 Guides Desktop app.


I have the error message that says you need to register.


But he has one license and he has access to the power apps environment with the correct right.


Can you help us with this issue?

    Hi,

    Please check if you have purchased the correct license:

    Buy a Dynamics 365 Guides subscription or sign up for a free trial - Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality | Microsoft Docs

    Then check whether the Dynamics 365 Guides license is successfully assigned to the user:

    Assign an Author or Operator role to a user to control whether a user can author a guide or just view a guide - Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality | Microsoft Docs

    Finally, you can check whether the security group restricts user access:

    Can you please check if there is a firewall on your network or PC that could be blocking the required IP addresses to connect to the Guides services. Please refer to this doucmentation docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-deployment-playbook
