How to delete customers in a bulk

Hi,

During the export process (configuration package), extra no. of customer records also included. can someone please suggest me the way how to fix that? also, how to delete those extra no. of records (customer, table id 18). attached is the screen shot of those extra no. of records/database.

Waiting for suggestions on this.

You can use the same configuration package to export data, perform the necessary cleanup, and then reimport the records. There is an option within the configuration package that allows you to delete all existing records before importing the ones you need.
If you already have transactions in place, you cannot delete them using this method. In that case, you will need to use a processing report to remove those transactions.
