Sales prices on the item - Check “Allow line discount”

Hello,

I have stored different prices on the item.

For the promotional price, I removed the ticks for “Allow line discount” and “Allow invoice discount”.

However, you can still enter a discount in the sales order.

How can I prevent promotional prices from not being eligible for discount?

For tips I am very grateful :)

Thanks a lot for all the answers. Unfortunately that doesn't help me.,

I have stored the sales prices on the item. There are 5 standard prices and the last one is an offer price.

For the 5 standard prices, I ticked “Allow line discount” and “Allow invoice discount”.

I removed the ticks for the offer price, which is valid until June 30, 2024. That's why it shouldn't be possible to grant a discount on the offer price.

Unfortunately my sellers can still give discounts on the asking price...

Where can I set that if the checkmarks for "Allow line discounts" have been removed, a discount is no longer permitted?

check if there is setting in other places that also influence the discount behavior such as item card, customer card etc.

Navigate, sales price lists

or from Customers you can allow or dis allow by ticking check boxes

Or in specific G/L account posting tab , there is a checkbook to ignore discounts, select ignore Discounts
