Hello. Just getting started with customizing the Volunteer Management app on Cloud for Nonprofit. I'm into the onboarding workflows and I need to be able to track certifications that require renewal such as a CPR or first-aid certification, or background checks which we re-run every 5 years, etc
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to track these? I was thinking of using the Onboarding qualification type and adding a "good for" or "Expires in" field. Then maybe typing that into a business rule somehow?
I would think this would be a somewhat common scenario, but I can't find any good examples of how to do this. I must be looking in the wrong place?
