Sequence Field Value condition with Advanced option is not working

Hello Microsoft Experts,
 
I have implemented many sequences as a part of sales automation for our clients. The /Field Value/ condition is frequently used to evaluate column values. For the past few days, I am not able to select the /Advanced/ option to add complex filters. It just went blank now. Please see below screen:
 
 
 
Please let me know if anyone is facing this issue. I am not seeing any settings that can solve this issue.
