I'm looking to upgrade my pc's from Windows XP to Windows 7 Pro and would like to do a clean install of GP 10. We had someone do the update on our old system a few years back and they are no longer around. Where would we be able to get the media to do the install?

GP 10 is supported till 2017 so it will be in Customers as Victoria noted.
GP 10.0 is in Extended Support until October 2017 (more detail: victoriayudin.com/.../when-does-my-gp-products-support-end).

I am not sure you'll be able to find GP10 on Customer Source; to the best of my knowledge, it's no longer supported. If that's the case, I'd talk to your partner. (And start planning your upgrade)
If you have Customer Source login for Microsoft, open below link to download the full version of dynamics gp 10. Or contact your IT team to get the GP media file. Because, someone had installed GP to your machine a few years back. So, IT team must have the DVD/Media for dynamics GP 10.
