Attachment- webservice install for Sharepoint site

We want to setup attachments to link to a Sharepoint site but see that it is necessary to have the Microsoft Dynamics SL SharePoint Web Service installed. Is there a document on the basic install needed to link documents in SL attachments. There isn't an easy step by step to get the basics installed to make it work. If you could provide this, I'd appreciate it.
