Dear CRM Community,
I am incorporating scheduled maintenance server reboots for our CRM environment. I will be including two load balanced application servers and one ReportingServices/Email Router server in this reboot process.
Does anyone out there recommend any shutdown steps that will allow me to bring down the application gracefully before performing the server reboot? Or, is CRM robust enough that we don't need to bring down the app for a scheduled reboot?
