As per Finance and Operation official documentation we can use

    {dynamics_environment_url}/data/$metadata

to get exposed data entities' metadata such as: keys, properties, etc.

    If you try to get the OData metadata using the given URL in your browser you are likely to receive an "Out of memory exception" error. You can use applications like
    Postman to avoid the error and get the complete result&type=information

Any chance to retrieve fields length too? Imho it could be useful to give a complete OOB context to external system integrators.

Iterating the SQLDictionary records related to a specific data entity gives the desired result but needs to be manually merged with already externally available metadata.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thank you
