User Groups and Permissions in NAV 13

Hello all,

I have created some users in Navision. But all of them have administrative access because I have not created security rights in Users. How can I create user security rights and assign it to a specific user in NAV 13.

As I am a learner, please guide as much as possible. Any new word can block my way so please elaborate. Thank you in advance !!

in the user card you can set roles. only give the super role to users who need all rights. these roles/permission sets can also be managed. additional check out user profiles to limit user rights
