Work ID not Valid (WMS Process)

Dear All,

Please somebody help to solved my issue,

When i do process Purchase Put-Away and then i'm cancel the process when the process is Put. And i'm scan again the work id but cannot process the work id, the infolog is "Work ID is not valid". Status the work id "In process" how can i completed the work id?

    Hi Kevin,

    Can you create a mobile device menu item with Mode = Work and 'Use existing work' ticked (leave the 'Work classes' part empty). Try to process the Work with this menu item.

    I suspect there are several causes of that error. One I just hit - user error - is:

    - on the 'Multiple SKU' version of the Put Location Directive, I forgot to add an 'edit query', and so the system couldn't find a put location

    - when I looked at the work, I noticed that the Put Location was blank

    - I fixed that, and all was good, no longer got the Work Id not valid error when trying to add that work to the Cluster

    Posting this here in case others hit the error and it is the same root cause (user setup error) :-)
