Error when trying to Enable OCR service setup.

Hi,

I have completed all the setup requirements. After testing the connection (which is working fine), when i am trying to place a checkmark in the Enabled field, it will give an error "The record is not Open".

    Hi Rema,

    Did you tick the "Master Data Sync Enabled" field?

    Best thing would be to debug the problem, are you able to do that?
