Omni-channel Facebook messenger integration

I'm trying to configure the Facebook page with the Omni-channel in MS D365. Under the channel, I've updated the FB app id and secret and have also created a new Facebook Page, where I've updated Page ID, Page Name and Page Access Token but when saving, I'm getting the error:-

"Request Id: 7361c46d-8745-4473-8764-3ff518fbe270
Error Message: {"error":{"code":"ResourceGroupNotFound","message":"Resource group '093eb010-8d93-4d89-b067-0cf1357dc848' could not be found."}}
ExceptionDetails: Operation returned an invalid status code 'NotFound'"

Also,due to this, the Callback URI and Verify Token is not auto-populated, in the Facebook page.

Experts - please help.

If you recreate the facebook channel and workstream? do you still get the error?

Try logging out of the app.

Then log in and delete the channel and the work stream.

After that follow the steps you followed earlier to set up the channel and the stream.
