Hello, 

Can anyone tell me how to re-assign a PO approval in AX 2012?

    Hi Jonathan,

    I have moved your question from the Dynamics 365 General forum to the correct Dynamics AX forum.

    Related to your question: It depends on the context.

    - If you need to re-assign as administrator, you can do it from the workflow history form

    - If you need to delegate, you can delegate it as approver to another person.

    - In case of setup changes (workflow or document) ,  you can recall the workflow and re-assign again.
