Cannot personalize listpart/subform actions

Hi everyone,

I have a BC 19.2 installed and I need to personalize a specific profile.

When I go into Profiles (Roles), I select the role I want to personalize and click on Customize pages:

In the new page which opens, I move (for example) into the list of Posted Sales Shipments and then I open a card:

If I want to remove an action on the page/header I can do it:

If, instead, I want to move or remove an action on the listpart/subform/lines I am not able to do it:

Did someone managed to do this WITHOUT using AL and/or permission sets?

    This looks like you would need a customization.  I will open this post up to the community to see if they have a non AL workaround

    I think that Microsoft forgot something to allow end users to do this because I guess that listpart are not so different than any other pages.
