flow field in Warehouse Pickup

In the Page warehouse Pickup Page  (5779) i am supposed to add a new  field 'customer name' which get the customer name from the Sales order. 

i created a new field 'Customer Name' in the Table Warehose Act. Header (5766)  with field class ' flowfield ' and

calcformula = Lookup("Sales Header"."Sell-to Customer Name" WHERE (No.=FIELD(Source No.)))

Even then the field 'Customer name' in the Page  Warehouse Pick is empty. Am i missing something here? Do i need to enter data in the Table relation?

Any help would be appretiated.

    Usually the source type and source no. is blank on the header but it will have value on the line, do you see the source no. value on the pick?
