Alignment Issues while using document templates within D365

Dear All,

I am looking for an advise on how to resolve this problem. I have configured a document template using Word document for Quote Letter which will be of 10 pages letter. This document will contain, Pricing related values and the product description.

I have created this Product Description field with 5000 characters limit and as 'Rich Text' field within CRM. I have created Product description field as 'Rich Text' as I need certain headings to be Bold and in different font sizes.

I have configured the Product description field as 'Rich Text' within word document template by creating a table (repeated), for each Product we wanted to show the respective Product description, but the product description content is showing in an unaligned manner. I tried using Plain Text as well but still the same result.

Have anyone come across this issue and if there is a way to fix it?

Thanks

Gowtham

    Hi Eiken,

Thanks for the response. I have raised it with Microsoft and I have got a response saying that it is a product bug with 'Export to PDF' option within CRM. They will try to add it to the backlog to fix it in future.

    Thanks,

    Gowtham

    Hi,

    I can't reproduce your problem.

Can you provide some screenshots about it?
