Hi all,

I would really appreciate any examples or if you point me in the right direction, we need to automate the mass return items with their serial numbers process, let me explain,
I don't know if this is the best way to go about it, but was thinking of a spreadsheet of serial numbers, the process would take all the serials and create a single return despite the serials being from multiple customer and multiple invoices.
The return process is very cumbersome and because we have all our inventory serialized it’s a problem when customers send back like 1000 items, and we have to return them 1 by 1.

Can you please help me achieve this.

Do you have access to Integration Manager or SmartConnect? I would think you could create an integration to handle this volume.
