Can't import an organization, getting setup failed to validate specified reporting service report server

Hello,

We just upgraded from SSRS 2012 to 2016. The report server and my CRM Deployment manager are on separate servers. I am able to get to the report server URL on my report server machine and as well as my CRM Deployment Manager server just fine. However, when I try to go through the Import Organization Wizard, it errors out at the end on the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services saying, "Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server...." I can't get to my CRM Dev or training environment. My prod environment was never touched so that is fine.

Is there anything that I am missing. I can get to the url just fine so the account has access that I am logged in with.
