Tenerife will an upgrade be required?

If we move to Dynamics 365 Finance Business Edition and then when Tenerife is released, will we need to do an upgrade to get to Tenerife or will MS just merge us?  We were considering moving to Dynamics 365, but with the recent announcements we're very hesitant.  Please advise. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Most of this is TBD (To Be Determined) with more information being released closer to release.  There should be some kind of license transition offer when it's released though.
