What tables do I look in, you can disconnect without any receipts.
On the PO there are two fields: qtycommitted and qtyuncomiited. What are those values? Do you see a qtyonpo column on the mo?
The values are still there.
If it works just like the SOP60100 it has columns for the SOPNUMBE and PONUMBER. Are these values there or did they get cleared out when it was voided?
The main table is OSRC1000 (OSRC__MOP_POP_link_ MSTR) the field in question is "VOIDED" have reset back to zero , but it still did not reconnect. Have been searching for a solution to this for 8 years ,nothing.
Have you tried running SQL Profiler to see what tables are being hit? I tried looking at the SOP60100 table but there is no status field there so some other table but be used.
It is the link between the Manufacturing Order and the outside processing po , has nothing to do with picklist items etc . If you go to maintain an existing manufacturing order that is connected to an outside operation PO, the first message that pops up is "Would you like to void the purchase order links, keep the links or cancel?" Then you have three buttons "VOID" "KEEP" "CANCEL" , you have to hit one of them as you proceed through the screens to change dates qty's etc, this prompt screen comes up at least three times (has to be a design error, Microsoft, are you listening ?). So high chance that the link will get broken.
How did the link get broken? Were the items uncommitted using GP or was some back-end change made? As long as the items are still back ordered on the sales order and uncommitted on the purchase order you should be able recommit the items.
