"Communication was blocked, perhaps by your computer's firewall settings..." error when attempt to configure CRM2016 Client for Outlook2013

Hello Everyone,

Please help me to understand the complete list of ports required for CRM outlook client while connecting to CRM2016 application. Is there any port communication is required other than 80/443? All CRM URL, Discovery Service and Org Svc is accessible perfectly through browsers, but Client Plugin Configuration wizard is not able to connect CRM and throwing below error.

CRM servers have Windows NLB and SSL enabled and User Client machine have Clearpass NAC and protected with firewall. Please find below is error log and help me in resolving this.

    Thanks Saad for you suggestion, i have verified Outlook 2013 is compatible with CRM2016. and i worked with firewall team and opened the required ports, But still i am getting below error while conecting from outlook config wizard.

    please guide me in proper direction to resolve this.

    I don't think Outlook 2013 is compatible with CRM 2016.Refer this link:

    Those resolutions not helped to fixed my problem. Can you explain me how client plugin is communicating with CRM and what are the required ports needs to be open at Firewall level, consider If user is connected via VPN.
