We are thinking of deploying Sharepoint 2010 and use GP 10 with Business Portal. Will Business Portal work with Sharepoint 2010?

You need Business Portal 5.1 to run on SharePoint Server 2010
You can run Business Portal 5.1 in an x64 server only with SharePoint Server 2010 or SharePoint Foundation 2010, and you can run Business Portal 4.x or 5.0 in a 32-bit server (but not in 64-bit server) with Office SharePoint Server 2007 or Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
