Anyone know why downloading of SL 2015 or anything from MBS wouldn't work? I get to a screen that rambles on about Active X needing to be installed and pop-blocked turned off which it is. I would expect to be prompted to allow the Active X control to install, but nothing happens. And it says "Dummy Page" on the screen. I've tried it from multiple machines and locations and nothing works. Our Partner says that unfortunately they see this all the time and I've tried everything they suggest (Add to trusted sites, Allow ActiveX and run as Administrator)

The ActiveX control (File transfer manager) has been a struggle recently as we have had some other reports of this as well. Usually the trusted sites option and/or run as administrator seem to work. But if those don’t work, if you have a machine with an older version of IE, that may allow it go to (IE 9 or IE 10 instead of 11).
Beyond that, the website support team would be the best place to contact. You can reach them by clicking on your name in the top right of customersource or partnersource and select “contact us”. Then click on “technical questions” under the “website support” heading.
