Hi coummunty,
we have some issues with our E-Mail workflow. Since some days we are not longer able to create/edit the properties for our mails.
The options to fill out the mail fields are all missing.
Maybe you have an idea to help?

Can you please detail the requirement there? I assume it is an e-mail form, you want to populate a field or multiple fields dynamically, but when you select the field, you cannot see the properties in "Suchen nach" list. Is that what it is?

Its hard to understand non-english content, but I guess you have customized the Email entity form and thats the reason you are seeing the different layout.
Can you spin a trial instance & verify the difference, customizations you made recently to nail down this issue rootcause.
