Incorporate Holiday schedules in calendars in Dynamics 365 CRM

I created the above holiday schedule.

I created the above customer service calendar. But, how do I incorporate this calendar to the calendar in Dynamics 365?

I have found many resources on how to create these calendars, but, none seem to explain how to incorporate these.

    Hello Richa,

    There are two Holiday calendars in Dynamics 365, both with a different purpose.

    1. Holiday Schedule under 'Service Management'

      This schedule is specifically for the SLA & KPI system, where you want to keep track of how long your representatives work on a specific support case. There are timers that count how long a representative takes to reach a certain goal and how that stacks up against predefined KPIs (e.g. First Response Time within 8 hours)

      This holiday schedule does not apply to other parts of the Dynamics 365 calendar.

    2. Business Closures under 'Business Management'

      This schedule allows you to block all resources from being booked on a specific day or days, like official holidays. This is useful when working with appointments or Project Service or Field Service, because these scheduling tools will tell you when you are trying to book something on a day when the business is closed.

    Hi Richa,

    I can see you have mentioned Marketing Module in the "Keyword Search". If you are creating any  holiday calendar , customer service schedule  its basically work for customer service management like for case , case resolution time , resource allocate. For that you need to create your SLA and in the SLA there is a option called "Business Hour" where you can choose your calendar schedule . Please note this is only for service management.

    But you can not relate service calendar with Marketing calendar, there is another calendar exists in the marketing module where you can manage your marketing activities.

    Hi Richa ,

    I dont think you can bring them in the Marketing Calendar , you need to mark in the Marketing Calendar itself to track the holiday. May be I am wrong but you can validate with this .

    Hi Richa,

    Yes ,for Marketing Calendar you can only track daily or upcoming activities related to your campaign.
