How to send confirmation email on form submission

Hi, I'd like to send email confirmation on form submission. I tried triggers, it didn't work as expected, I used the out of box trigger, "Double opt-in Form Submitted". Please advise. Thanks

    Hi there, 

    You may be using the wrong trigger. If the form is marketing form on your website choose the Marketing form submitted trigger, choose the form then add any other conditions you need to add before creating the journey. See the screenshot below for an example.

    You can send a confirmation email on form submission using Power Automate or Dynamics 365 Marketing. If the Double opt-in Form Submitted trigger isn’t working, check if the contact has a valid email and consent settings are enabled.

    Alternatively, try creating a real-time marketing journey with a trigger based on form submission, or use Power Automate to send an email when a record is created in the Form Submissions table. Make sure your email template is active and properly configured.
