    Hello,

Thank you all for your help and suggestions. I have figured out the issue and solved it.

As this is On-Premise portal, it came with zero data configuration and i have done following thing to make portal running as Online portal.

I have checked and found default web template(Layout 1 Column) is not configured in my portal.

I have just created that web template and Entity list start getting loaded.

For Register and Login Page, I have exported all Site Setting from online portal and Imported it on my on-premise portal. After that my login and Register page also get populated.

    Thanks,

    Dhruv Thakkar

    Hey, how have you been?

Can you be so kind to share me the networking configuration you did for the implementation, I'm currently looking forward to do this implementation but for first I must understand complete what is really necessary to be done in terms of networking and firewalls.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Rawish,

I have send the invitation for contact and redeem the code, but still cannot see the entity list grid on Page.

Also don't find any field under Sign in tab.

I have configure On-premise portal, So Do I have to configure anything extra for to make this running because on-premise portal came with zero data configuration.

Below are the screenshot for your reference.

    Dhruv, This is really weird.

Could you please try Microsoft Edge browser(Incognito).

Alternatively you can create a contact in CRM with the email address and click on send invitation(from within contact record ribbon) from there. Once you have received that token - you just have to click on redeem invitation.

    Hi Rawish,

When I navigate to Register tab, I don't find any field controls for registration.

Can you please help me with this, so I can register user(contact) and assign role to it.

    Hi,

Looking at the above screenshot, its clear your user does not have admin role or its not taking effect.

<portal_path>/_services/about - when you browse this if you are logged in , in the same browser it should give you a button to clear cache.

could you please check your portal user ( contact) has admin role assigned ?

and that role is associated to entity permissions as well.

Also, the way you did IIS reset - try to stop & then start the portal website and login -> browse this page again.

    Hi Bipin,

    Thanks for the reply.

I have also tried IISRESET but no luck with that also and when I use this link to "<portal_path>/_services/about", I got below result.

    Hi,

Can you try IISRESET and check if it works.

Also, try clearing cache see below article.
