Hi All,
I have been playing around with scheduling quick campaigns and having created a template and associated an attachment. I have then attempted to configure the time I would like emails to be sent.
I am able to configure a date and a time that I would like the email to be sent (30 minutes in advance) but I am finding that emails are being sent within 2 minutes.
Is there any obvious reason for this that I may be missing?
My first thoughts are that perhaps there is a timer or schedule service that may not be running. I am currently looking into this but I wondered if anyone had further suggestions or experience in this area.
CRM 2013, on premise.
