Problem in accessing Alternate/Modified Forms

Hi, I am tring to access the newly modified product in Alternate/Modidfied Forms. When I select the ID "DEFAULT USER". It shows an error: "This id is being edited by another user". This is the only ID availble in the list. Does any body know what his problem is and how to get rid of it?

I created a Dexsql.log of selecting and saving the Alt/modified id and it appears it does use the SY008001 table but it stored a session in the Dex_lock table (tempdb). I would make sure all users are out of the system and then restart the SQL instance. That should release the lock.

If you are sure no other user has that ID open, then you should check SY00801 table in DYNAMICS database and delete stranded record for "DEFAULT USER".
