how can I make setup this workflow for accounting manager ?

    Hi Agus,

I checked the setup options and believe that this cannot be realized without making a system modification.

By setting up signing limit policies you can setup your PO workflow based on approval and spending limits for actual data but I have not found anything that would allow me doing that for budget data.

Maybe sit down with a development colleague and see whether he/she can help you with this request.

    All the best,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

refer to Procurement and sourcing/Setup/Procurement and sourcing workflows, with name is Purchase order workflow.

I need some condition, if over budget, must approved by ACCOUNTING MANAGER first.

    thanks in advice

Hello Agus, Can you let us know which workflow you are exactly referring to? There are several PO related workflows available in the Accounts Payable and Procurement & Sourcing modules. Would be great if you could let us know which workflow you are using (workflow name & type). Thanks, Ludwig
