Management Reporter is not pulling up data correctly

Hi Everyone

Management Reporter 2012 RU6 is not pulling up the transactions from the series "Sales" but successfully pulled up the transactions from the same account from "Financials". We are using MR 2012 with GP 2013 configured the Data Mart with it. Can any tell us what is wrong here.

First, are all of the sales transactions posted through to financials? Second, any restrictions in the report configuration that might limit the sources of information?
