Hi,

Currently some steps are performed manually such as navigating to a website\D365 & updating some fields in the website\D365 form and also navigating to a D365 workflow & updating some properties in the workflow steps.

Using XRMToolbox, is it possible to automate website\D365 navigation steps, deactivate a Automatic Record Creation (ARC) rule & update D365 workflow steps?

Using PowerShell, is it possible to deactivate a Automatic Record Creation (ARC) rule & also update D365 workflow steps?

Please provide some examples of how to implement the above points.

There is no tool in XRMToolbox to do this.

Using PowerShell, it is possible to deactivate a Automatic Record Creation (ARC) rule & also update D365 workflow steps?

I'm not familiar with PowerShell API. There is a thread about PowerShell API. You can have a look.
