How to migrate GP10 SP4 and SP5 to GP2010 R2

Hello, I'm trying to migrate GP10 with SP4 and GP with SP5 to GP2012 R2 but I couldn't find some good information about it, someone can help me with this issue?

    I'd upgrade the 10 SP4 to SP5 and that can then be upgraded directly to 2010 R2 or SP3.
