Marketing Form Captures break the form

Hello all, 

  • We are having trouble with Marketing Form Captures while applying on the Forms on one site that Form just fails submitting. 
    • The moment we Stop the form capture. the form works fine. 
    • When we make "Form capture" go live, the form on site fails submitting again. 
  • We tried few approaches and able to make work on some of the forms on site. but one particular form is keep failing. 
  • Is there any known issues-guidelines that we should follow in configuring Form captures? 
  • We tried chrome browser developer tools , fiddler and few other log analysis, but no luck.
  • Something in the Form Capture scrip[t execution that breaks the form.
