Marketing Form Captures break the form

Hello all,

We are having trouble with Marketing Form Captures while applying on the Forms on one site that Form just fails submitting.
- The moment we Stop the form capture. the form works fine.
- When we make "Form capture" go live, the form on site fails submitting again.
We tried few approaches and able to make work on some of the forms on site. but one particular form is keep failing.
Is there any known issues-guidelines that we should follow in configuring Form captures?
We tried chrome browser developer tools , fiddler and few other log analysis, but no luck.
Something in the Form Capture scrip[t execution that breaks the form.
