55Hello all,
- We are having trouble with Marketing Form Captures while applying on the Forms on one site that Form just fails submitting.
- The moment we Stop the form capture. the form works fine.
- When we make "Form capture" go live, the form on site fails submitting again.
- We tried few approaches and able to make work on some of the forms on site. but one particular form is keep failing.
- Is there any known issues-guidelines that we should follow in configuring Form captures?
- We tried chrome browser developer tools , fiddler and few other log analysis, but no luck.
- Something in the Form Capture scrip[t execution that breaks the form.
