I 'm seeing a recurring event in the event logs:
#6511 - An error occurred while checking the email message with subject "Voice Message" in mailbox user1@dcsorg.com for delivery to https://mycompany:444/XXX. System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: The sender does not have an email address on the party record (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault).
I've checked the user (his email box is active and he most certainly has one on the exchange server). I've used advanced find to see if I can find any emails with "Voice Message" in the subject (I can't). His email address is in the primary email field in his account settings.
I'm not sure where else to look to resolve this.
