Send a copy of the marketing email to external application

HI All
 
Has anyone managed to solve the ability to send a copy of the marketing email that is received by a contact to an external application.
 
Requirement is for legal purposes to extract the exact copy of an email from Dynamics Marketing that is sent to a customer with the content, be it static or pesonalized data, which will be extracted and sent to an external application for a history of interactions against a customer record
