State Tax not deducting

We have a client that is setting up a new company database and this new company is running payroll for several employees in Oregon.  When we setup the new employees and ran a test payroll, we noticed that nothing is deducting for Oregon state taxes.  We are wondering if we missed something in setup correctly. 

 

Any advice?

    Map the employee state tax code in employee state tax maintenance window(Cards-->Payroll-->State Tax) before running payroll.
