Hello
A client of mine uses Dynamics Marketing to send emails.Many of these companies (because of the nature of their work) use security software which scans and 'reads' each email. This creates false opens and clicks.Is there any way these interactions can be removed or filtered out?

Thanks, but this issue is slightly different. The open and click activity is coming from legitimate security scanning software installed by some of the recipients.
Can this activity be filtered in some way?
Hi! I'm also interested how to filter this activity. It changes necessary information and gives incorrect diagnosis. Thanks.
