Packing slip posting screen doesn't have items in sales line tab

Hi All..
 
Good day...
 
we are unable to perform packing slips for the SO, it's happening for all the sales orders. We tried to change the /Parameter/ from picked to /All/ but still SO details and Lines are not visible on the packing slip screen.  Check the below screenshot. we are trying to generate post packing slip in SO itself.
 
Note: The Picklist is completed without any issues.

    Moved the question to the Dynamics 365 SCM forum as the screenshot indicates the question is not about Dynamics AX.
     
    The overview doesn't show any record, so also the lines are not available. Can you tell us exactly what steps you performed to open this update form? Did it work correctly before?

    Hi,
    Did you check the system logs? Check the system log to see if there are any error messages or warnings, which might indicate the problem. Or does the user have access to relevant sales order details and shipping list posts? When did this problem arise for you? Please provide more information to help us solve the problem.

    Can you clcik on parameters tab and select all and seee?
