Dear All,
I am using MS RMS Headquarter. I want to add the Add-Ins (RTL Reports) in the RMS. when i installed the RTL it is installing fine in the Microsoft Retail Management system Folder and Creating the AddIns folder also under the HQ folder. I set the Path of this AddIns also in HQ Administrator. But After that when I open the HQ manager Add-Ins button is still Deactivated.
Anybody help me to activate this.

I have the same question (0)There is already a Add-ins folder under the HQ install. Did it create a new one under Add-ins (Program Files\ Headquarters\AddIns\AddIns?)? If so move the files just to the AddIns folder.
Also I;m not familar with the RTL reports, Are you sure that the reports are not under the Reports | Custom menu?
