PO lines not populating to lines in new pending vendor invoices for one user, but is for the other

When one user selects a PO in the header of the Pending Vendor Invoices window, the PO's lines do not populate to the Lines panel below. When another user with the exact same permissions selects the same PO, and the PO's lines DO populate in Lines. We've verified that the two users have the same user setup (roles, etc). Are there other reasons this might be happening?

Hi Nataha,

There is a setting to select the update quantity to default from e.g. the packing slip, receive now. Is this parameter different for both users? That is a setting with a preference per user.

Yes, the parameter is available for both users.
