Hello Guys,
I know this question might be repetitive but i just want to Confirm.
Recently i got one project of Upgrade from CRM 2016 On-premise to 365 Online. If anyone has done the upgrade recently. Check(Image attached) if you also followed the same steps. or provide there Work approach.

OI haven't done a migration but as per my understanding, if you are involving fast track then they will do the database restore to their Online tenant. You only need to ensure that you have upgraded all your custom code including javascript and also converted your ssrs report (if any).
On a high level the process looks like this-
1) Fasttrack to perform sanbox migration.
2) Internal team needs to [perform testing and fix any issues with the script, plugin etc.
3) Update all reports.
4) Include all the changes in a solution
5) Once done, Fasttrack to do a UAT/ prod migration.
6) Team to import the solution with the latest changes.
I may be wrong or may have skipped few step but this is my understanding with respect to fastrack team. If you have already invloced a fastrack team, you can get your approach verified with them as well.
