Having problems logging into POS manager 1.0

I can't seem to log in to the POS 1.0  Manager program with multiple employees. Only one particular employee will log in, but no others.  Once I log in with that employee, I can create items, employees, etc.  I have set all employees to Owner level security and disconnected/reconnected this PC to the database, with no change.
